Byars Health Clinic

The 43rd Medical Squadron‘s mission is to ensure a medically ready force and deliver prevention focused, easily accessible health care to our active duty Air Force community. We’re comprised of more than 60 personnel providing flight medicine, optometry, dental, and mental health services to 2,100 active duty Airmen from four major commands and 45 units located at Fort Liberty, North Carolina. We function as a tenant unit under Womack Army Medical Center.
